Permit is used for any new single family home to build a new driveway onto a county road. Also to be used for any existing driveway looking to move existing drive. Also used for any new or movement of existing farm access.

Permit is used for any temporary driveway needed for construction of any sort which the drive will be removed after the work is completed.

Permit is used for any company that is needing to attach a small cell unit to an existing utility in the right of way or needing to add a unit to attach to in right of way.

Permit is used for any utility work that will be performed by any company within Hennepin County Right Of Way. Also used for any traffic control or obstruction to Hennepin County Right Of Way or roadways.

Permit is used for the wrapping of any signal cabinet within Hennepin County Right Of Way.

Permit is used for a single vehicle for unlimited trips. Permit is valid for one calender year. Only applicable if load does not exceed 95' Length, 12' 6" width (up to 14' for truss') 14' Height or 90,000 Pounds, a single trip permit must be taken out.

Permit is used for hauling any type of building structure (home, garage, shed) using a Hennepin County road.

Permit is used for single truck/trailer using a single route to get to an ongoing job for multiple trips using a county road. Can be OS/OSOW.

Permit is for single trips for over size loads. Cannot exceed 90,000 lbs.

Permit is for any trip that will exceed standard load requirements of any size. Single trip use only.
